After recently locating an aesthetically appealing Classic Rolls Royce that we became interested in purchasing; we reached out to the Rolls Royce Owners Club, (RROC, which we enjoy membership). We inquired as to a reputable inspector/appraiser of Classic Rolls Royce’s that they would recommend. They immediately responded with AAG and provided their phone number. I promptly dialed the number and spoke with a representative that was knowledgeable, courteous, and motivated to assist me with my quest. He thoroughly explained the process of the inspection and the appraisal. They actually have licensed inspectors located across the USA that they can dispatch in a timely fashion. I provided him with the location, the VIN and description of the vehicle we were interested in purchasing. After agreeing to the process. He immediately dispatched an inspector to document the condition of the car with a check list and pictures. (We received in excess of 300 pictures.) The inspector contacted the seller to schedule the inspection the same day and called me to see if I had seen the car in person, and if I had identified any areas of specific concerns. He promptly inspected the car the following business day and provided us with the report and the pictures; as well as a follow-up phone call to ensure that he would answer any questions that may arise. After which, we were scheduled for a conference with the owner of AAG for his review and appraisal of the value of the car. We received excellent advice and he shared a wealth of experience and knowledge with us regarding Classic Cars and what we should expect and require before any purchase. It was a pleasure to speak with this gentleman. He was genuine and honestly performing due diligence on our behalf. I would highly recommend AAG, and I would not consider moving forward with any purchase of a Classic Car without having AAG’s inspection.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Bob Canhan did my picture report and did a wonderful job taking a load of pictures that Larry and the Team combed thru, Larry and I spoke on the phone and hes very insightful and will give his best opinion on your situation. He was very helpful in setting me up inspector Frank. Frank is a very knowledgeable person on older muscle cars. The Nova I looking to purchase was that type of car.Frank was very meticulous on the inspection. He answered all of my questions and listened to all my questions and he’s easy to talk to. The AAG staff most notably the technician assigned to inspect an out of state vehicle I was considering to purchase did a very thorough job detailing both good points and bad. He too a variety of photos as well. All of which helped me in my decision not to buy the vehicle. Money well spent on the inspection & money saved not buying the vehicle I thought it was.
