The following fees and conditions are per expert, effective 01/01/10

Appraisal Fee

$350 - $450 + expenses

Includes on-site inspection, evaluation and documentation of most special-interest automobiles. Appraisal of Automotive Memorabilia is charged as Direct Time. Multi-car Discount available.

Direct Time

$200.00 per hour

Includes investigations, conference, research, analysis, travel and reporting. (Both written and oral).

Court Time

$350.00 per hour

Includes time spent at trial inclusive of testimony, conference and waiting times. Travel is charged as direct time. All or a portion of the court fees are payable 30 days in advance, as determined by consultant.

Deposition

$350 per hour, $750 minimum

Payable in advance plus expenses and travel time. May be completed by telephone.

Total Loss Value Negotiation

$150 per vehicle

Includes consultation of report completed by opposing appraiser, phone negotiations and generation of settlement agreement to value of vehicle. Payable in advance.

Umpire Services

$600 per vehicle

Includes review and evaluation of written appraisals presented by both parties. Additional fees may be incurred if extensive phone consultations are required.

Expenses

Actual Cost

Includes transportation (airfare, taxi, rental car, etc.), lodging, computer charges, telephone, special photo processing and other fees that are required for the case. 10% will be added to all expenses not reimbursed within 30 days of billing.

Retainer

A retainer in the amount of 50% of anticipated fees and expenses is required three weeks in advance to secure services and hold dates. The full amount of anticipated cost is due if payment is received in less than three weeks of the service date.

It is understood that our services are as an independent professional consultant; that payment for same shall be made promptly and is not contingent upon the results of any legal action, arbitration or settlement; and that costs incurred or the time spent at the demand of other parties to any litigation (including depositions and expenses) will be billed to the party making the demand; but that the responsibility for payment remains with the client.

Upon receipt of your authorization, we will proceed on your behalf. An administrative fee of $175 will be charged if we are given less than 48 hours notice of cancelation. 18% interest will be added to all invoices not paid within 30 days.
